As a subcontractor to SAIC on the VA Oracle Health modernization initiative, Peregrine Tec supports the migration of 171 VA medical centers to a modern, interoperable EHR system.
This partnership positions SDOH Risk for deployment across the entire VA healthcare network, bringing SDOH intelligence to millions of veterans.
Ohio VA Pilot
Launching in 2026 at Cleveland and Cincinnati VA Medical Centers with support from Ohio State Senator Casey Weinstein (USAFA, veteran advocate).
Initial cohort: 200 high-risk veterans with housing instability and chronic conditions. Target outcomes: 15% reduction in ED revisits within 6 months.
